Heritage-Honoring Sports Cars – The Touring Superleggera ‘Aero 3’ Has Design of the Past and Present (TrendHunter.com)

The Touring Superleggera 'Aero 3' has been unveiled by the company at the 15th Annual Salon Privé Concours d’Elégance as a powerful sports car from the Italian coach builder that pulls inspiration from a variety of sources. The car boasts a chassis and drivetrain that are repurposed from the Ferrari F12 Berlinetta with a paint job that will convey these roots to owners or onlookers. The body of the vehicle calls to mind the Alfa Romeo Disco Volante, while the line that's drawn from front to back across the design is reminiscent of the one found on the BMW kidney grille.

The Touring Superleggera 'Aero 3' is outfitted with the aforementioned Ferrari's engine without that is capable of delivering 730 horsepower that enables the carbon fiber bodied vehicle to reach a top speed of 340km/h.
