This 2018 Aston Martin is the 83rd of 99 Vanquish coupes built in collaboration with Italian design house Zagato. Finished in optional Caribbean Pearl, the car was sold new by Motorcars of Georgia in October 2017 and had a total suggested retail price of $820k. Carbon fiber bodywork features a traditional Zagato double-bubble roof, and the interior is trimmed in Dark Knight leather upholstery from Bridge of Weir with Spicy Red accents. Additional features include a machined-aluminum front grille, carbon ceramic brakes, adaptive suspension, heated seats, a Bang & Olufsen sound system, front and rear cameras, and satellite radio. A 6.0L quad-cam V12 drives the rear wheels via an eight-speed automatic transmission with a paddle shifting mode. The selling dealer acquired the car in March 2019 and relocated it to Missouri earlier this year. This Vanquish Zagato coupe has just 1,300 miles and is now offered with its window sticker, factory owner’s manual and key, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Georgia title.
Zagato-styled carbon fiber bodywork incorporates a double-bubble roof, retractable rear spoiler, and taillight reflectors with blade-style LEDs. Caribbean Pearl paintwork was a $6,380 option, and the machined-aluminum front grille added $45k to the original price. The paintwork, trim, badges, and lights are shown up close in the photo gallery below.
Factory 20″ wheels wear Pirelli P Zero tires that measure 255/35 front and 305/30 rear. Ventilated carbon-ceramic brake rotors are paired with calipers that are finished in optional red and utilize six pistons up front and four out back. Tilt sensors were optioned along with black side window surrounds.
Dark Knight leather upholstery from Bridge of Weir features Zagato Z stitching on the seats and door panels, as well as inserts with red perforations on both the front and rear seats. Amenities include automatic climate control, power-adjustable and heated seats with memory, front and rear cameras, powered side mirrors, automatic headlights and wipers, a Bang & Olufsen sound system with pop-up speakers, satellite radio, and cruise control. Sill plaques show that this car is #83 of 99 built and were personalized with the phrase, “If not now, when.”
A pop-up screen is located in the center of the dashboard, and the center console features satin chrome rotary dials and Spicy Red leather accents. A three-spoke multifunction steering wheel sits ahead of paddle shifters and factory instrumentation, including a 240-mph speedometer and reverse-sweep 8k-rpm tachometer. Driver switchgear, including the engine-start button, is located on the carbon fiber-trimmed center stack, and the digital odometer shows just over 1,300 miles.
The 6.0-liter AM29 V12 is shared with the Vanquish S and in the US was rated for 580 horsepower and 465 lb-ft of torque. The rear wheels are driven through an eight-speed Touchtronic 3 automatic transmission. The car was last serviced at The Collection of Coral Gables, Florida in August 2019 when it had 1,193 miles. The Carfax report lists six other service records from Motorcars of Atlanta in Georgia.
The window sticker shows $72,485 in selected factory options, along with a total suggested retail price of $820,571.
The July 2020 Carfax report displays no accidents or other issues, as well as history with a single owner in Georgia through 2019.
