BaT Auction: 1989 Saab 900 Turbo 5-Speed

This 1989 Saab 900 Turbo hatchback was originally purchased through Saab’s International Delivery Service, and it is finished in silver over gray cloth and powered by a turbocharged 2.0-liter 16-valve inline-four paired with a five-speed manual transaxle. Features include a factory Airflow body kit, a sunroof, 16″ Super Aero wheels, a heckblende panel, a Saab-branded MOMO steering wheel, Bilstein HD shocks, European-market H4 headlights, and braided stainless-steel brake lines. The car spent time in Virginia, Wisconsin, Florida, and Texas before it was acquired by the seller in 2018 and subsequently relocated to Tennessee. The tires were replaced in December 2018, and a July 2020 engine-out service included replacement of the steering rack, radiator, starter, alternator, and engine gaskets and seals. This 900 Turbo hatchback is now offered in Tennessee with factory books, Saab IDS documentation, a tool kit, service records, spare parts, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Georgia title in the seller’s name.
