There are, of course, a number of obstacles still when it comes to flying cars. For one thing, the operator would almost certainly need to have both a driver's license and a pilot's license, and the vehicle would likely have to be registered as both a passenger car and an aircraft. The AirCar also needs plenty of runway for takeoff, essentially making city operation a nonstarter, and there's a host of FAA regulations that need to be complied with.
Our point is: don't expect to see the KleinVision AirCar on the road anytime soon. But as a proof of concept, this is one of just a handful of flying cars that's ever been built that actually works - and it's not too hard on the eyes, either.
